Local Trader (localtrader.org) is operated by FYI United Group Pty Ltd (ACN 665 393 546). We help Australians compare local trade and service providers.

When you request a quote or contact us, we collect:

Email address (optional)
Suburb or postcode
Service details (bin size, waste type, timing)

We also collect anonymous usage data (pages visited, time on site) via privacy-respecting analytics with no cookies.

How we use it

To connect you with relevant local operators
To provide price estimates
To improve our service

We do not sell your personal information. We share your contact details only with operators you request quotes from.

Data storage

Your data is stored securely on servers in the Asia-Pacific region. We retain quote request data for 12 months, after which it is deleted.
